15 Steps to Build Ultimate Confidence

1) Dress Accordingly 
  • Depending where you are, dress according to the circumstance and environment. Dress at your best at all times.
2) Listen to Uplifting Music 
  • Music that makes you smile. Everyone has their own genre (Hip Hop, Rap, House, Country, Rock and Roll, Metal, Classic, Religious, ect.)
  • Nature sounds
  • Binaural Beats
3) Put Yourself in Situations of Growth 
  • Uncomfortable situations, things you wouldn't usually do
  • Fail multiple times, and learn from each failure
  • Push yourself past your regular standards (the way you think or daily tasks).
  • Take more responsibility and grow your leadership skills
4) Meditation
  • Sit down or lie down in a quiet area  
  • Make no effort to control breathing, just breathe in and out naturally 
  • Focus your attention on your breathing and how your body moves with each breath 
  • Turn on Binaural Beats, listen to relaxing music or sit in the pitch quiet
5) Exercise 
  • Go to the gym on a weekly basis
  • Incorporate at-home exercises in your daily routine
  • Always make sure to stretch before and after every workout
6) Think About Where You are Going Rather Than Where You are​
  • Your current circumstance right now is irrelevant
  • Everything you've done until this date is a result of your past decisions. Starting now, you can change everything.
  • From today on, every decision or thought you make will have some sort of impact in your future, no matter how big or small it's going to be.
  • Focus ONLY on your future
7) Self Talk
  • Every morning you wake up, ensure to yourself that you are great, that you have a life of abundance. Repeat this in your head multiple times.  
  • Have gratitude, be thankful for every aspect of your life. When things go wrong, talk to yourself internally. Either out loud or in your head. "I'm great, I'm handsome, I'm beautiful, I feel success, I am success, I am thankful for my family, I am thankful for my friends, I am thankful for my career or job, I am thankful for the country I live in". 
  • This is not a prayer, this is a self motivation tactic so you can unconsciously realize how great you really are.
  • Guarantee if you master this, you will be able to believe you can accomplish anything and everything.
8) Self Development
  • Gradually develop your self knowledge, education, psychology, self awareness, communication skills, ect.
  • Read books and listen to audios on self help, finance, effective people, powerful laws, how to influence people or literally anything that truly reflects what you want to achieve in your life.
  • Learn from others. Failures and successful people. "Grow your mind, and your income follows", Jim rohn.
  • Follow people that have what you want.  
9) Walk Faster/Good Posture
  • Become more productive
  • Less stress
  • Look good and feel confident
  • Gain power, which reduces anxiety and creates dominance
  • Lose weight and contribute to a higher self confidence level
10) Having Gratitude 
  • This allows you to realize what you have in life, and how much you should be grateful for.
  • Once you start to be thankful and grateful for what you have now and not disappointed, you are able to take your life to the next step.
  • All it takes is understanding that you have more than a lot of people on this planet.
  • Everyone has an equal amount of opportunity, if you are viewing this information, trust me you are at an advantage.
11) Presentation 
  • How do you present yourself? You are always presenting your image. Every time you speak to someone, your presenting. Whenever you go to an interview, you are representing yourself by your presentation. If you are making a phone call to an important client, friend or family member, this is also a form of presentation. 
  • Presenting can be the factors between if you succeed or not.
  • The way you dress reflects your presentation, your posture, your eye contact, the tone of voice you use in certain circumstances, your ability deal with decisions, your vocabulary, the way you dress and the cleaniness of your hygiene. If you can take care of this, and implement these 15 steps. I guarentee you can do whatever you desire truly in your life. 
12) Compliment Others
  • Humans love to be complimented for what they do. They love to be recognized. So if you are trying to make friends or influence others and not be on the cocky side of the spectrum, compliment these people. Show them that you care for them. Make individuals understand you support them and are excited for their achievements.
  • Belief is like the gas in your car. Without it, there's no action or firm decision. You literally will always be at a stand still.
  • Belief is the building blocks to your life, without it, it will collapse. 
  • In order for you to strive for maximum potential, you need to create a belief system by learning more, observing, and understanding that anything that was ever impossible in this world has been changed by certain people. This is because they changed their philosophy of a certain area from saying "Its impossible, it can't be done" to "I can break this record, and I will achieve this". Belief is the battery and the gas that's going to keep you going and will continue to be the reason why you wake up.
14) Fear of Failure 
  • Fear is made up. It's all in your head. 
  • Overcoming your biggest fear is usually the result of realizing your true strengths.
​15) Take Risks
  • The most successful people on this planet have taken the biggest risks.
  • Without big sacrifices and risks, there will never be a big reward.
  • Don't be average, be the person who is beyond average.
  • You will do whatever it takes, from this day on, to get whatever you want.
  • Go all in.
